The role is available on a permanent full-time basis (9am-5pm Mon-Fri).

The key responsibilities for the Customer Experience Executive will be as follows:
Answering inbound calls and emails from customers aiming to delight them with your 5* service! (This is not a call centre )
Responding to positive and negative customer feedback
Occasionally taking calls from franchise restaurants resolving all queries within set time frames
Informing competition winners that they have won and sending out their prizes!
Supporting the marketing team with various ad-hoc tasks
The successful candidate will have the following skill set:
Could be a recent graduate with some customer service experience
Must have experience speaking to customers on the telephone
Full on-the-job training will be provided, this is more about your style and approach with people!
MUST have excellent written and spoken English!
