My client is known ethical provider of sustainable energy around the world! They are seeking an experienced Team Administrator to join their executive office on a full time permanent basis.
The key responsibilities for the Team Administrator will be as follows:
Organise extensive international travel for a team of 6 senior colleagues inc Visas
Organise internal and external meetings and events and handle all related logistics
Manage group hotel bookings
Organise team events/social inc. catering, guest speakers, entertainment, travel/logistics and accommodation
Extensive calendar and diary management
Creating PowerPoint presentations
The successful candidate will have the following skill set:
At least 2 years previous experience as a Team Administrator.
Intermediate to advanced abilities using Microsoft Office
Previous or current experience from a similar corporate background.
Strong administration and communication skills.
The successful candidate will have the chance to attend the companies annual senior leadership getaway!
